Summary
WestRock Company is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their team in Fort Worth, TX. The role involves overseeing safe and efficient production operations within the Corrugated Container facility.
About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for communicating performance expectations, supervising machine productivity and quality, and mentoring team members. You will execute safety briefs, monitor workplace safety, ensure compliance with safety policies, track production goals using KPIs, manage workforce planning, and promote positive employee relations.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or G.E.D.
- 3+ years of converting supervisory experience in a packaging facility.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering or Operations Management.
- Experience working in a Lean environment; Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification.
