Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking a Production Supervisor to join their growing team in Hillside, IL. The role involves planning, organizing, and leading the manufacturing function of a designated production area to ensure compliance with safety, quality, cost, delivery, and teamwork objectives.

About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for coaching safety, quality, productivity, and on-time production schedules. You will facilitate team communication, resolve conflicts, monitor performance, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and manage daily operations to meet customer expectations. Additionally, you will work closely with various teams to identify and document project challenges and opportunities, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

About You

Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
4+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
Ability to lift up to 35 pounds unassisted.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Preferred:

Experience in Lean manufacturing principles.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Proven ability to train other employees.
