About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee production employees, assign work, and recommend improvements in production methods and working conditions. You will spend 75% of your time on the production floor supervising daily operations and 25% on administrative tasks. Your responsibilities include managing safety compliance, conducting root cause analysis, leading continuous improvement efforts, and ensuring effective communication within the team.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) required, AA or BA degree preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of manufacturing supervisory experience required.
- Strong communication skills, including written, oral, and listening.
- Effective leadership and management skills to motivate employees.
Preferred:
- Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Ability to analyze data and understand metrics and systems.
