About the Role
As a Night Shift Production Supervisor, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the GDE production line, lead a diverse team of 40-50 employees, and ensure production goals are met. You will oversee various manufacturing processes, enforce safety regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements.
About You
Required:
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of direct experience leading and supervising large production teams (20+ people).
- Proven ability to manage operations on a night or off-shift schedule.
- Solid knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and continuous improvement methodologies.
Preferred:
- Experience in energy storage, electrochemical, or battery manufacturing.
- Familiarity with quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field.
