Your daily tasks will include setting objectives, mentoring associates, executing production plans, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. You will also engage in continuous improvement activities and promote a culture of safety and quality within the team.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business-related discipline or a combination of education and 5 years of experience in leading people and teams.
- 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with proven experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts.
Preferred:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and work effectively in a team environment.
