About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- A minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory role in a related manufacturing environment.
- Ability to track, analyze, and report on key manufacturing KPIs.
- Knowledge of manufacturing methods, preferably in a related manufacturing field.
- Excellent analytical skills to identify improvements in manufacturing methods and processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively with others orally.
- Demonstrated computer skills, preferably in spreadsheets, word processing, and database software.
- Experience in training employees and demonstrating production tasks.
- Ability to read and understand complex manufacturing and production information.
