About the Role
As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for developing and implementing measures to improve production methods, analyzing orders to create production schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. You will also manage the automated portioning equipment, maintain production records, and act as a contact for emergency situations. Supervisory responsibilities include training employees, planning and directing work, and addressing complaints.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 3-5 years of related experience with prior supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership skills and knowledge of USDA, HACCP, SSOP's, and GMP's.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
