About the Role

As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure product quality, support on-time delivery, and control labor, overtime, and scrap. You will maintain appropriate staffing, attendance, and training, ensuring employees follow established procedures and addressing performance or discipline issues. You will drive continuous improvement and 5S efforts while communicating clear expectations and maintaining positive team morale.

About You

Required:

5+ years of experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
3+ years of supervision role with a proven track record in a high volume, multi-product environment.
Experience in Lean Manufacturing.
Proficient in MS Office.

Preferred:

College Degree or High School with 5+ years of experience.
Prior experience in a leadership or lead role.
Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
