- Proven experience managing chemical production processes.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain 5S and standard work.
- Strong leadership, coaching, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
