About the Role
As a Production Support Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for entering customer orders accurately, reviewing purchase orders for discrepancies, following up on customer order status, assisting with scheduling, and promoting safety and good housekeeping practices. You will also handle proprietary information ethically and ensure the care of customer inventory.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year of experience in customer service or a related position.
- Knowledge of computer applications and basic math.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Office and databases.
Preferred:
- Experience in a safety-sensitive environment.
- Familiarity with ITAR compliance requirements.
