About the Role
As a Production Support Engineer, you will support Schwab Wealth Advisory, ensuring applications and processes align with business needs. You will work with a team to maintain high availability Service Level Agreements and refine production operations best practices and tools for observability, maintenance, and incident management.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in measuring, tracking, and improving SLO/SLA’s/KPI’s.
- 3+ years of experience with Splunk, Datadog, Grafana Cloud, OTEL, or similar observability applications.
- 3+ years of experience with a systems programming language, such as Python, PowerShell, and shell scripting for automation.
- 3+ years of experience with GitHub, Bamboo, Bitbucket.
- 3+ years in a client facing production support role responsible for enterprise applications, infrastructure, and systems.
- ITIL v. 4 Experience with Enterprise Systems including Event and Incident Management and Release and Enterprise Change Management.
