About the Role
As a Production Team Member, you will be responsible for conducting quality checks, material set-up, machine setup, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. You will work in a team-oriented environment, ensuring that production goals are met while adhering to safety standards.
About You
Required:
- Experience with high-speed, high-volume work.
- Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment and follow specific directions.
- Ability to push, pull, bend, squat, lift, reach and kneel for up to 12 hours a day.
Preferred:
- Manufacturing experience or similar experience.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Reliable transportation.
