- Certificate or associate’s degree in chemical technology or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and handle delicate parts and equipment.
- Laboratory experience or equivalent experience working with chemicals.
- Comfortable using computers for various workflows.

LeanTeq was founded in year 2011, and we are a subsidiary of the US-listed company Enpro Group. Our main business involves cleaning parts for advanced process semiconductor equipment, and we operate our own laboratory. In addition to its facilities in Taiwan, the company has been progressively establishing new factories in the United States, expanding its global footprint. LeanTeq has focused on providing parts cleaning solutions. After years of hard work, our customer base has expanded from Taiwan to many other countries in the world. In order to sustain our advance competitiveness, we vertically integrated our services which includes cleaning, critical process kit assembly service, parts analytical testing and failure analysis. In addition, we also provide R&D project planning in order to shorten the time of production, aim to become the strategic partner of our customer to jointly develop the most favorable business model for both parties.
