Cennox is seeking a Production Technician to join their team in Alpharetta, GA. The role involves performing repetitive workstation assembly and press operations to mass produce fireproof filing cabinets and their components.
About the Role
As a Production Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining a neat work area, performing manufacturing operations to support the assembly floor, recording scrap, detecting and reporting defects, checking parts for quality, and adhering to ISO responsibilities within the Quality Management System. You may be assigned to various areas including the machine shop, systems, powder coating, mixing room, or media vault.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to perform basic setup on assigned equipment and tools.
- Familiarity with basic hand-held measuring tools.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
- Willingness to use personal protective equipment at all times.
Preferred:
- 2+ years of industrial production experience.
