- Proficient in a variety of welding and fitting tasks.
- Solid shop math skills.
- Ability to read blueprints, job travelers, and weld schedules.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- NADCAP Welding certificate.
- Vocational training or apprenticeships in welding.
