About the Role
As a Production Worker II, you will be responsible for following procedures to assemble parts and subassemblies, perform casting of materials, operate presses and ovens, and ensure quality control of the products. You will work in a team environment, engage in physical activities, and may be required to lift heavy items. The position requires adherence to safety protocols and the ability to operate industrial vehicles.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Willingness to obtain certification to operate powered industrial vehicles (forklifts, etc.)
Preferred:
- 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or assembly labor position.
- 2+ years experience in composite or rubber manufacturing.
- Prior aerospace or marine industry experience.
