About the Role
As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for winding wire, applying flux, soldering pins, assembling transformers, and testing for conformance. You will follow company policies and procedures to ensure efficient operations and customer satisfaction, while also performing other assigned duties.
About You
Required:
- Two years’ assembly experience.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to communicate fluently with customers, managers, and fellow employees.
- Ability to follow instructions in written, oral, and diagram form.
- Willingness to lift a minimum of 25 lbs.
Preferred:
- Experience working under pressure.
- Ability to work without close supervision.
