About You
- Successfully completed engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Technology, or a comparable qualification.
- Several years of professional experience in production management or a comparable leadership role in metal processing or automotive.
- Proven successes in productivity improvement, development of Lean Management processes, and implementation of KPIs.
- Demonstrated success in cultural change management and communication of changes to the team and leadership.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and a hands-on mentality.
- Excellent German and negotiation-level English skills.
