About the Role
As a Professional Development Practitioner/Educator, you will function as a learning facilitator and mentor, coordinating the planning, development, design, implementation, and evaluation of staff education outcomes. You will enhance professional practice, support career growth, and promote lifelong learning while ensuring team members are clinically competent. This role will specifically support the Neonatal ICU and involve conducting needs assessments, developing educational programs, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
About You
Required:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an approved school of nursing.
Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida.
Three years of related clinical experience.
Preferred:
National specialty certification in area of practice within two years of hire.
Basic life support, advanced life support, pediatric advanced life support, neonatal resuscitation program certification.
