Professional Practice Specialist

As a Professional Practice Specialist, you will support workforce development, student nurse interns, nurse residency programs, and professional governance activities. You will evaluate learning needs, implement professional practice programs, promote evidence-based practice, and foster a culture of inquiry and continuous improvement. Additionally, you will collaborate with leadership to align education with organizational priorities and support professional governance.
