Setpoint is seeking a Professional Services Manager to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves creating tech solutions for lenders and borrowers in asset-backed credit and partnering with the executive team.
About the Role
As a Professional Services Manager, you will own the accuracy and timely delivery of client reporting and calculations, manage operational processes for onboarding clients, and act as the client-facing point of contact for resolving discrepancies. You will also parse legal agreements and translate requirements into operational rules, support professional services work streams, and represent the voice of the customer in internal communications.
About You
Required:
3-4 years of relevant capital markets / credit experience, ideally involving borrowing base certificates, monthly servicer reporting, or MSR reporting.
4-8 years overall of FP&A, asset-backed lending, structured finance, or debt capital markets experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and documentation.
Expert status in Excel.
Preferred:
Ability to deal with ambiguity, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in high-pressure situations.
Experience in client-facing tasks, resolving disputes and offering value-added solutions.
