About You
- 5-8+ years of project or program management experience.
- 2-5+ years of training delivery.
- Tableau proficiency.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, and JQL.
- Working knowledge of SDLC.
- Experience with data transformation tools (Tableau Prep, Alteryx, or SQL).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create executive-ready documentation and presentations.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Confident facilitator with executive presence.
- Experience coaching teams and supporting increment planning.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and communicate clearly.
