About You
Required:
- High school diploma required; BA or some college credits completed in education, youth development, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of prior administrative experience required; experience working in a school or educational setting preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office, email correspondence, and database management is required.
Preferred:
- Experience in elementary/middle school education.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.
