About the Role
As a Program Assistant, you will be responsible for actively engaging and supervising individuals with disabilities, ensuring their safety during activities, and maintaining accurate records. You will also communicate professionally with participants and their families, and fulfill other assigned duties to enhance the quality of life for program participants.
About You
Required:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid must be obtained within the first three months of employment.
Preferred:
- Degree from an accredited university in Therapeutic Recreation or related field, or equivalent experience working with individuals with disabilities.
