About You
- Bachelor's degree in Special Education, Psychology, Social Work, Human Services, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, participant-centered environment.
- Successfully passed a BCI.
- Experience in program coordination or case management.
