About You
- Associate's Degree or 60 credits related to the field and 2 years of experience, or a High School Diploma/GED and 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting individuals with a wide range of developmental disabilities, including dual diagnoses and behavioral challenges.
- Working knowledge of federal, state, and county guidelines/regulations for services to adults with developmental disabilities.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record.
- Demonstrated ability to assume supervisory responsibilities.
- Ability to track large amounts of information and manage costs effectively.
- Strong communication skills with staff, service users, and other stakeholders.
