Summary
Northeast Family Services is seeking a Program Director - Telehealth to join their team in Lawrence, MA. The role involves leading the Outpatient Telehealth team and providing supervision to clinical staff while managing direct care operations.
About the Role
As a Program Director, you will serve as a supervising therapist and primary contact for clients, overseeing the daily operations of the outpatient telehealth team. You will manage direct care staff, implement treatment plans, and carry a caseload of approximately 13 hours. This fully remote position requires availability for some evenings.
About You
Required:
- Master's Degree in Social Work.
- LICSW Independent clinical license in the state of Massachusetts - Required by time of hire.
- Five years minimum experience working with children, youth, and families providing direct treatment services.
- Two years minimum in a supervisory capacity.
- Must provide supervision for licensure.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with behavioral-emotional disorders or children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
- Proficient with supervision, service delivery, and case management fundamentals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable and consistent access to a vehicle.
Preferred:
- Bilingual English / Spanish.
- Experience in quality management.
