Rite of Passage is seeking a Program Director to join their team at the Western Secure Treatment Unit in Emlenton, Pennsylvania. The role involves overseeing the delivery of treatment, educational, vocational, and health services for young men aged 14-21.
About the Role
As a Program Director, you will be responsible for the quality delivery and oversight of services in accordance with Rite of Passage policies and regulations. Your daily tasks will include managing site operations, budgeting, staff development, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will also serve as a Senior Manager to the Rite of Passage Executive Board and lead the site management team.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS Degree in a related field (Master's preferred).
- Four years of experience in residential facility management.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.
- Ability to pass a search of the child abuse central registry.
