About the Role
As a Program Director, you will lead the Wound Healing & Hyperbaric Program, ensuring compliance with standards and protocols. Your responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, preparing reports, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving program growth through marketing and outreach efforts.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of management experience with direct reports.
- 3+ years of previous healthcare experience, preferably in a hospital outpatient wound care environment.
- 3+ years of sales and marketing experience.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Basic knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and revenue cycle.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office or related systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or Health Services.
- Certified Hyperbaric Technician (CHT) or CHT-Admin Certification.
- Completion of a Hyperbaric Safety Director Course.
