ServiceNet is seeking a Program Director to join their team in Gill, MA. The role involves overseeing the operation of programs that support individuals with developmental disabilities and brain injuries.
About the Role
As a Program Director, you will assist with the start-up of the program, manage daily operations, ensure compliance with licensing regulations, and support the welfare and safety of individuals served. You will also be responsible for staff training, crisis response, and maintaining agency certifications.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Experience working with developmental disabilities / brain injury population.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable motor vehicle record.
- Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.
- Able to pass background screening (CORI).
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree and supervisory/management experience.
- MAP, PABC, and CPR / First Aid Certified.
