About You
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least one year of experience working with older adults and individuals living with dementia or home health aide experience.
- Ability to interact with people living with dementia individually and in groups.
- Good listening and engagement skills.
- Comfort with providing personal care assistance.
- ServSafe Food Handler certification.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
- Understanding of group dynamics.
