About You
- 8+ years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years in Program Management.
- Experience in building and launching large-scale strategic programs from design to execution.
- Ability to develop executive-level communications and deliver presentations to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in analyzing large data sets using tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience in customer experience and customer support strategy design.
- Understanding of B2B customer expectations compared to B2C.
- Strategic and operational ownership experience within a multi-sided marketplace or logistics platform.
- Experience managing complex operations across large-scale, global organizations.
