About the Role
As a Program Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining common areas, including lobbies and break rooms, vacuuming, mopping, and disinfecting facilities. You will also operate cleaning equipment, report maintenance needs, assist with event setups, and ensure safety guidelines are followed while using cleaning chemicals.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or HSE is preferred.
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods.
- Ability to lift and move over 50 pounds.
- Knowledge of different cleaning products and tools.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Time-management and multitasking abilities.
- Physical strength and stamina.
- Organization skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Able to work at least one weekend day on a rotating schedule.
Benefits
- Hourly rate of $18.00/hr.
- Part-time seasonal position with a schedule of 20 hours per week.
