Summary
Epicor is seeking a Program Manager | Quote to Cash Transformation to lead large-scale initiatives that modernize their Quote-to-Cash ecosystem in Austin, TX.
About the Role
As the Program Manager | Quote to Cash Transformation, you will lead cross-functional teams to streamline quoting, pricing, contract management, order management, billing, invoicing, and revenue recognition processes. You will drive full lifecycle program delivery, partner with various departments to define business requirements, design efficient processes, and communicate program status to executive leadership while managing change across teams.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years leading complex business or operational transformation programs.
- Strong project and program management background with proven delivery results.
- Experience in IT, software environments, or systems-driven transformation work.
- Experience with Salesforce platforms (Sales Cloud, CPQ, Revenue Cloud, or similar).
- Background in financial operations, billing, invoicing, or revenue recognition processes.
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally across Sales, Finance, IT, and Operations.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence VP- and C-level audiences.
- Ability to navigate ambiguous environments and drive structure where needed.
Preferred:
- Experience specifically with Salesforce CPQ or advanced Salesforce ecosystems.
- Process design expertise, including Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to shift seamlessly between high-level strategic communication and detailed technical discussions.
