About You
- Bachelor's degree and 10 or more years of experience managing large, complex federal programs.
- Experience overseeing diverse technical and administrative labor categories.
- Experience performing financial and performance monitoring of contracts.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience managing enterprise governance and risk frameworks.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Cybersecurity, or related field.
- Experience supporting federal enterprise planning or resource management initiatives.
- Experience implementing workforce certification compliance processes.
- Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Agile or SAFe certification.
