About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field with at least 24 semester college units in relevant subjects.
- 2+ years of full-time work experience in a community program serving clients with mental illness, including 1 year in a supervisory role.
Preferred:
- Ability to speak Spanish fluently.
- Experience in managing direct care staff and familiarity with electronic medical record systems.
