Summary
Citizant is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in a 100% remote capacity. The role involves providing executive-level leadership and oversight for the sustainment and modernization of the Air Force Recruiting Information Support System.
About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will lead a multidisciplinary team of over 30 staff members, ensuring operational continuity across legacy and emerging platforms. You will manage contract deliverables, oversee system sustainment, and drive the enhancement of Salesforce-based recruiting platforms while engaging with stakeholders and reporting on program performance.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of experience managing large-scale IT development and sustainment projects within the DoD, Air Force, or federal civilian agencies.
- Proven experience managing teams of 30+ personnel across multiple functional disciplines.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Preferred:
- Prior exposure to AFRISS-TF, AFRISS-NG, or equivalent DoD recruiting systems.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification.
- Understanding of Salesforce Gov Cloud/Hyperforce capabilities and enterprise SaaS sustainment.
