About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will operate assigned day service programs to meet company goals, supervise Day Program Professionals, maintain program facilities, manage on-call responsibilities, and collaborate with leadership to improve service quality. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and ensuring that all staff conduct themselves professionally.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A minimum of 2 years of college coursework in business, social science, or a related human service discipline strongly preferred.
Preferred:
- 2-3 years’ previous leadership experience working in a healthcare or behavioral healthcare related field.
- 1-2 years’ previous management or supervisory experience.
