About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will supervise Program Supervisors, monitor and evaluate employee performance, ensure the health and safety of individuals within the program, and enhance the quality of individuals' lives by promoting inclusion and integration into the community. You will also be responsible for training staff, managing program budgets, and facilitating communication between staff and management.

About You

Required:

Master's degree with 1 year of experience working with IDD and 1 year supervisory experience, or
Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience working with IDD and 1 year supervisory experience, or
Associate's degree with 4 years of experience working with IDD and 1 year supervisory experience, or
High school diploma with 6 years of experience working with IDD and 1 year supervisory experience.

Preferred:

Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to work flexible hours.
