About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in human services, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in shelter, housing, or human services, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of homelessness services, crisis intervention, and trauma-informed care.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and client data management systems.
- Flexibility to work evenings, overnights, and weekends as needed.
- Commitment to VOAUPNY's mission and values.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
