About the Role

You will provide strategic guidance to Project Managers, coordinate cross-project activities, develop program management methodologies, manage the program budget, identify risks, and communicate program status to stakeholders.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or 10 years in operations with a focus on process optimization.
- Proven experience in project management with a track record of delivering complex projects.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a related field.
- PMP or similar certification.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
