Sigma Technologies, Ltd. is seeking a Program Manager - Power Distribution to join their team in Dallas, TX (Remote). The role involves overseeing program execution from start to finish, providing strategic direction, mentorship to project managers, and exceptional client relationship management.
About the Role
As the Program Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, optimize workflows, and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. You will be responsible for project leadership, program planning and strategy, program monitoring and reporting, program closure, communication, risk management, budget management, and customer/client relationship management.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering/Engineering Technology or Bachelor's of Business Administration; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in the Power Utility Industry with engineering, operations, and/or project management, including financial oversight and personnel development.
- A minimum of 3 years of functional, or direct people management experience.
- Project Management Certification (PMP) or equivalent certification required.
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Results-driven with a dedicated focus on achieving successful project performance, customer satisfaction, and organic sales growth.
- Demonstrated understanding of commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Adaptability and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
