Summary
Mistral Group is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Bethesda, MD. The role involves supporting the execution of multiple defense contracts and serving as the primary interface to US Government customers.
About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will own end-to-end program execution for assigned contracts, ensuring cost, schedule, performance, and compliance. You will maintain the Integrated Master Schedule, partner with Business Development, manage program risks, and collaborate with various teams to deliver high-quality contract deliverables. Additionally, you will establish trusted relationships with government stakeholders and manage program financial performance.
About You
Required:
- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience.
- PMP Certification required (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- At least 5 years leading Department of Defense programs.
- Experience managing subcontractors and OEMs.
- Must possess or be eligible for Secret clearance.
Preferred:
- MBA or Master’s degree a plus.
- Experience supporting production or low-rate initial production (LRIP) programs.
- Prior experience as a Government-facing Program Manager or Deputy PM.
- Familiarity with DoD acquisition environments and PMO best practices.
- Additional experience with government contracts or Veteran status a plus.
