About the Role

As a Program Manager, you will oversee the implementation of Project Restore Brownsville, ensuring effective staff coordination, participant engagement, and compliance with program requirements. Your responsibilities will include managing daily operations, supervising frontline staff, coordinating participant intake and engagement, monitoring staff schedules, and serving as a key contact for partner organizations. You will also support participant crisis response, track progress towards goals, and assist with program planning and compliance activities.
