About the Role
As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading cross-functional programs, partnering with business and technology teams to identify gaps and deliver solutions, supporting process changes, and coordinating the replacement of legacy systems. You will establish governance frameworks, track delivery against milestones, and build trust with stakeholders by demonstrating a deep understanding of trading operations.
About You
Required:
- Early career background as an IT Business Analyst or developer in a trading, commodities, or capital markets environment.
- Progression into project management, delivering technology and business change initiatives.
- Strong understanding of front-to-back trading processes, including middle and back office functions.
Preferred:
- Experience working with both legacy and modern technology stacks.
- High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills, able to engage with both business and technical teams.
