Summary
Danaher Corporation is seeking a Program Manager, Compensation (Global) to join their team in a fully remote role. The position involves supporting Danaher's global compensation programs and collaborating with various stakeholders.
About the Role
As a Program Manager, Compensation, you will maintain and govern Danaher’s global job architecture and compensation data partnerships, manage global compensation survey participation, and partner cross-functionally to deploy compensation technology and analytics. You will also design communication and training materials, drive process excellence, and support special projects related to compensation program design.
About You
Required:
- BA/BS in related field (concentration in Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in compensation, preferably in global compensation, in professional services/consulting or in a large global company.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, compensation data management tools, and Workday.
- Fundamental understanding of use cases for Artificial Intelligence and Process Automation.
