As a Program Manager, you will own the strategy for a large-scale website overhaul, coordinate across a Scaled Agile environment, oversee design and development phases, build relationships with client stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.
About You
Required:
- Strong background in agency environments and experience in fast-paced, multi-client settings.
- Experience leading large-scale website redesigns or digital transformation projects.
Preferred:
- Comfortable working within large, matrixed teams and navigating multiple layers of program and account support.
- Experience managing programs for Fortune 500 or global brands.
