About You
Required:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in program management, marketing operations, product operations, or a related field.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects across global teams and time zones.
- Experience building or scaling infrastructure, workflows, or systems in a high-growth environment.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and process excellence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience working within the agency or partner ecosystem.
- Understanding of agency dynamics, including strategies for independent/SMB agencies and holding company key accounts.
- Strong familiarity with partner program infrastructure (e.g., badging, onboarding, compliance frameworks).
- Deep knowledge of the digital advertising or tech ecosystem.
- Ability to influence without authority and build strong cross-functional relationships.
- Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese.
