As a Program Manager, Guidelines, you will be responsible for managing the development and dissemination of clinical practice guidelines, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with various teams and external organizations. Your tasks will include overseeing project lifecycles, maintaining schedules, tracking progress, and supporting the Director in budget development and reporting.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years in a corporate or not-for-profit environment with increasing responsibility
- Experience in managing projects with minimal supervision
- Well-developed communication skills to interact with diverse populations
- Organizational, time management, and planning skills
- Intermediate to advanced competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
Preferred:
- Experience in a volunteer-based not-for-profit environment, preferably a professional medical society
- Knowledge of evidence-based guidelines and systematic reviews
