About the Role

As a Program Manager I, you will serve as the Chief of the Regional Disaster Public Health Representative Unit, managing the CDPH RDPHR program. Your responsibilities will include developing roles and responsibilities, collaborating with various partners, and ensuring continuity of preparedness, response, and recovery activities. You may also be required to work outside core business hours and travel up to 50% of the time.

About You

Required:

Experience in emergency services coordination with substantial public contact.
Knowledge of public health and medical disaster preparedness, mitigation, response, and recovery.

Preferred:

Knowledge of Incident Command Systems (ICS) and the Standardized Emergency Management System (SEMS).
Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
